Your animation isn't great, but it's endureable.
However, the dialoge? No. Please no. There's simply no point to it. Try to come up with an interesting idea first, then animate.

Wow. The writers' strike must be really bad.

You get two stars for using classical reference, and one star for the animation not being totally unwatchable.
Quality is your main problem here.
You need better voices, and you could do a lot better with your animation too.

Uh... Well the music was pretty good, and you certainly had good rhythm in your visuals. But the actual content of said visuals? No. Not impressive.
