Wow. The writers' strike must be really bad.

You get two stars for using classical reference, and one star for the animation not being totally unwatchable.
Quality is your main problem here.
You need better voices, and you could do a lot better with your animation too.

So many supervillians fall prey to bad 2nd in command choices.
Perhaps he should just get himself a harem?

I was watching Heroes, and *SPOILER* Sylar has started training the curse power chick to become his number two. Villains are people too; no matter how much power is written for that character, they always do things that make us say "OH COME ON, THAT'S RIDICULOUS".
